Diabetic Clinic

Dr Patterson runs a regular clinic for all patients with diabetes in conjunction with a diabetes nurse specialist, podiatrist and dietician to encourage the wellbeing of our patients with this condition.

Asthma

We run a regular clinic for all patients with Asthma and other respiratory conditions to encourage the wellbeing of our patients.

Child Health and Immunisation

There is generally a clinic on a Thursday morning, run by a doctor and nurse. Most appointments will be automatically scheduled and sent to you by post. If you are unable to keep the appointment please ensure you let us know. Enquiries should be directed to reception.

Family Planning

Contraceptive care is provided by the doctor during surgery hours.

Minor Surgery

Minor surgical procedures are carried out during surgery by appointment and the doctor will be happy to advise you on this.

Influenza Vaccinations

Available in October, November and December for the over 65 age groups and patients with heart, kidney, chest problems or diabetes. Further information will be available at reception from September.

Warfarin Monitoring

We currently provide this service to our patients on short-term and long-term treatment with warfarin. Patients who wish to avail of this should speak to their doctor for details.

Nexplanon insertion

We currently offer Nexplanon insertions at the practice, and we can refer patients to a neighbouring surgery for coil insertions.
